Andrew Brannen is President and Broker
of PCM Realty and Marketing and is directly responsible for
PCM Real Estate Sales and Marketing activities including Laguna
Woods Properties and Laguna Woods Escrow in California. He
is a licensed Realtor® and Broker and a proven top producer
who brings his expertise and support to agents and clients.
He joined the company in November 2006.
Mr. Brannen began an outstanding Real Estate career in
1991. He is the recipient of numerous team awards for Outstanding
Sales achievement and Performance and of the prestigious
Centurion Award and Pacesetter Awards at Century 21 for
number of properties sold and dollar volume production levels.
Mr. Brannen began his business career in Aerospace Engineering
in Engineering, Contracts and Management at ITT Cannon,
Hughes Aircraft, Martin Marietta Aerospace, Sheldahl Corporation
and Allied Signal. At Martin Marietta his achievements and
contributions earned numerous honors at their 13,000 employee
division and his name was placed on the Top Ten Achiever
plaque in the lobby of the corporation.
Mr. Brannen’s expertise in the flexible printed wiring
and circuit board arena made him a highly sought after contributor
in the development of numerous innovative products from
early Motorola pagers to sophisticated matched impedance
and high reliability electronic systems. In the Aerospace
industry he contributed to the development of sophisticated
interconnect devices on the Space Station, the Mars Rover,
the Lunar Rover and numerous satellites. It was in these
industries that he gained his extensive experience in contracts
and negotiations. He was granted a Secret clearance rating
to interface with the National Security Agency and the Department
of Defense in the development of communications and weapons
tactical systems.
Mr. Brannen has remained a member of the Air Force, Air
National Guard and Air Force Reserve throughout his business
career. During Desert Storm his expertise in the satellite
communication industry was in demand and he served on active
duty status. During Operation Desert Watch he was sent to
King Fahad Airbase in Taif, Saudi Arabia, in charge of satellite
communications and air surveillance equipment support. Mr.
Brannen is the recipient of the United States Air Force
Achievement Medal and multiple Commendation medals.
He is a 1987 graduate of the Executive MBA Program at the
University of California (UCI) with undergraduate degrees
from Georgia Southern and the United States Community College
of the Air Force.
