PCM Promotes Debbie Evans to Senior Vice President

LAKE FOREST, Calif., June 12, 2004 — Professional Community Management (PCM), one of the nation’s largest companies providing community management services to homeowner associations (HOAs), announced today the appointment of Debbie Evans to senior vice president Lake Forest management services.

As senior vice president of PCM’s Lake Forest Management Division, Evans heads a department providing management services to greater than 100 associations throughout Southern Calif. Evans joined the PCM management team in 1989 and has demonstrated a unique understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of the management profession. Under her leadership and supervision, PCM has achieved considerable growth and maintained excellent client retention.

Evans works closely with homeowner and developer boards of directors to provide guidance in all aspects of community management. With her extensive experience in the community management field, Evans provides ongoing training throughout the industry to managers, board members and vendors.

As a management professional, Evans has earned the distinguished credential of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). Evans has been a member of the Board of Directors of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) since 1994 and currently serves as Past Chair of

the CACM Executive Committee. Evans has served as chair for the Legal Steering Committee and is a current member of the CACM faculty providing education to community managers throughout the state.

Evans (age 39 years) is a resident of Mission Viejo, Calif. and has greater than 15-years of experience in the property management industry. Her volunteer efforts have focused around promoting professionalism and increasing education for the community management industry. Evans was appointed to the Construction Industry Alliance for The City of Hope in May of 2004 and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute.
