PCM Promotes Chuck Holland to Vice President,
Management Information Systems

LAKE FOREST, Calif., Sept. 10, 2004 — Professional Community Management (PCM), one of the nation’s largest companies providing community management services to homeowner associations (HOAs), announced today that it has promoted Chuck D. Holland II to vice president, management information systems.

Holland, with the other members of the Executive Team, directs the activities of the company whose management portfolio has grown to over 78,000 units, representing a combined real estate value of over $25 billion. As Vice President, Management Information Systems, Holland will be responsible for the daily back office operations of all PCM facilities. This includes 25 on-site offices, three real estate offices, one escrow office, 65 HOA Websites, ten business websites and PCM’s corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, Calif.

Holland has been a member of PCM’s management team since he joined the company in 1997. Holland has an extensive background in business systems and administration and in the technical aspects of the real estate management industry.

Holland began his career in information technology and business systems with the U.S. Marine Corps where his main focus was on providing leadership, system support and data auditing. After leaving the service, he has worked for the banking, medical auditing, real estate and senior community management industries.

Holland (age 34) is a resident of Costa Mesa. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and received a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in software engineering from National University, San Diego.


CAI Luncheon

Holland will speak on new technology at the upcoming CAI luncheon, to be held Monday, Sept. 13 at 12:00 p.m. The panel will include discussion on how the high-tech community features in Ladera Ranch are working, the benefits and burdens of using community Internet features, trends for the modern “fully wired” community, how managers may use wireless and remote technology to improve efficiency, maximizing use of management office “intra-net” resources and new technology trends for managers. The luncheon program will begin at 12:00 p.m. It will be preceded by a mini trade show beginning at 11:00 a.m. The mini trade show will resume at 1:00 p.m. following the presentation.
