in addition to its management services
LAKE FOREST, Calif. (August 8, 2006)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation’s largest community managers of master-planned, family-oriented and active adult communities, was selected to manage Northwood II Community Association. Northwood II Community Association is an Irvine Community Development Company master-planned community.
PCM took over management of Northwood II Community Association on Aug. 1. Northwood II Community Association is located in the heart of Irvine, with approximately 400 single-family homes and townhomes/condominiums. PCM also manages the neighboring community Woodbury, which is Irvine Community Development Company’s award-winning master-planned community with approximately 4,000 homes.
“PCM is honored to manage a large percentage of prestigious communities in the city of Irvine, two of them being recent master planned developments by Irvine Community Development Company which is a subsidiary of The Irvine Company,” said Donny Disbro, vice president of marketing and business development. “Each community is unique and PCM will work with the board of directors to ensure that Northwood II Community Association residents receive both exceptional customer care and property care.”
Unique to PCM’s suite of community management services is its recreation division. PCM offers recreational assistance for associations that desire guidance from PCM on fun, family events that bring the community together. PCM’s recreation division offers a service that combines PCM staff members with event planning partners while most all other community management firms simply do not.
“PCM has demonstrated professionalism and responsive customer service at Woodbury. When we reviewed the management bids, PCM was the logical candidate,” said the Northwood II Community Association Board of Directors.
Debbie Stinson, director of community development for PCM, will be the community manager for the Northwood II Community Association. Stinson has been a member of PCM’s management team for more than five years. She specializes in the transition and management of developer controlled associations, bridging the governance with homeowners newly elected to the board of directors.
