Doug Ward and Josh Atchley join PCM as
community manager and assistant general manager

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2006) –Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation's largest homeowners association managers of metropolitan condominiums, master-planned, family-oriented and active adult communities, welcomes Doug Ward as community manager and Josh Atchley as assistant general manager.

As community manager, Ward is the liaison between the board of directors, homeowners associations and community venders. He manages a portfolio of five accounts and 1,300 units located in Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and San Clemente.

Prior to PCM, Ward was the property manager for Action and TSG. His responsibilities included assisting the board of directors, coordinating vendors, grounds maintenance and management of the facility.

As assistant general manager, Atchley supervises on site personnel for Sun Lakes, located in Banning, Calif. With a decade of experience in the industry, he administers the approved projected budget, implements and enforces procedures and is responsible for the operations of the golf club, lounge, shop, food and beverage and banquet services.

Prior to PCM, Atchley was general manager for Club Calla, an international resort community in Puerto Rico. In this capacity, he managed the overall operation of the resort, including fiscal operations, capitol expenditures, guest services, concierge, housekeeping and club activities.
