gains new clients
PCM selected to manage seven community associations,
including Irvine's Turtle Rock Maintenance Association
LAKE FOREST, Calif. (Sept. 25, 2006)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managers of homeowner associations for metropolitan condominiums, master-planned, family-oriented and active adult communities, landed seven new clients in Southern California.
One of the new clients is Turtle Rock Crest Maintenance Association. Located in Irvine, it has 112 condominium units and is the part of a master-planned community, Turtle Rock. PCM has also managed an association within the same community, Turtle Rock Crest Association, since 2002.
In addition to Turtle Rock Crest Maintenance Association, PCM will also be
managing the following communities.
· Woodbridge Shore Maintenance Association, Irvine
· Laurelmont Community Association, Aliso Viejo
· Montana Del Lago Community Association, Rancho Santa Margarita
· Tierra Vista Community Association, Lake Forest
· The Terrace at Canyon Hills Community Association, Laguna Beach
· Smoketree Serrano Community Association, Lake Forest
PCM will provide each of the new communities with its full suite of management services. These services include financial assistance for homeowner associations, communication between the board of directors for the HOA and the local residents, and managing vendors for landscaping and other services.
