promotes Sean Mattingly to regional manager

SAN DIEGO (Nov. 06, 2006) – Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managers of homeowner associations, announces the promotion of Sean Mattingly to regional manager.

In this capacity, Mattingly will be responsible for marketing, new business development and operational management for the San Diego metropolitan region. Based out of PCM’s downtown office, Mattingly’s scope of management extends from Del Mar and Rancho Bernardo to the border of Mexico.

A graduate of California State University, San Marcos, Mattingly is working on a thesis about business development and will receive his masters in business administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in May 2007. He is certified as a community association manager by both California Association of Community Management and Community Association Institute.

Mattingly is also involved with Boy Scouts of America, Community Associations Institute, California Association of Community Managers and Urban Land Institute.
