announces holiday lighting and decoration contest winners at
Woodbury Community Association

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (December 14, 2006)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., the professional community manager for the Woodbury Community Association, is proud to announce the winners of the association’s annual holiday lighting and decorating contest.

Winners of the holiday lighting and decorating contest were selected in two categories: single-family detached homes and attached homes. First place winners received $100 gift certificates to the Irvine Spectrum. Second place winners received $50 in movie passes.

Robert and Geraldine Peregrin on Rising Sun Street were awarded first place in the single-family detached home category and Rick and Cindy Ngo on Eclipse Street were awarded second place.

Jose and Clara Alano on Sanctuary Street were awarded first place for the attached-home category and Lamson Le on Townsend Street were awarded second place.

Woodbury Community Association is managed by PCM General Manager Kevin Chudy. PCM, with the support of Woodbury’s homeowner association, organizes frequent recreation events and holiday events like the holiday lighting and decorating contest.
