Professional Community Management of California,
Inc.
obtains five new clients in San Diego
SAN DIEGO (Jan. 29, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation's largest managers of homeowner associations, obtained five new clients in San Diego County.
Because of its experience and hospitality-style of service, PCM was selected to manage Crown Bay Homeowners Association, located in the Marina District in downtown San Diego. Anchored by Fleming's Prime Steakhouse, the 89-unit mid-rise is one of the first mixed-use projects in the area.
"Our hands-on style of customer service in addition to a full suite of management services, allows us to successfully accommodate the needs of both residential and commercial tenants in a mixed-use development," said PCM's Senior Vice President, Will Haifley. "There are several new and existing associations that are seeking experience and quality of service from a professional management company."
PCM was also selected to manage: Steele Canyon Estates Homeowners Association, a 172-unit development located in Jamul; Bernardo Heights Unit 12 Association of Homeowners also known as Las Brisas, a 186-unit development located in Rancho Bernardo; and Rancho del Ray Estates Homeowners Association, a 68-unit development located in Chula Vista.
As a community manager, PCM provides financial assistance to associations, communicates with the board of directors of the association and the residents, assists with projects of interest to the communities and manages vendors for landscaping and other services. All of PCM’s managers are certified by California Community Association Management to ensure that it provides its clients with the highest quality service.
PCM will service these clients from its Metro office, located at 9444 Balboa Avenue Suite 235, San Diego.
PCM was also selected to manage San Miguel III Homeowner Association, a 56-condominium community, located on North The Strand Street in Oceanside. It will provide service to the association out of its North County office, located at 906 Sycamore Avenue, Suite 201 in Vista, Calif.
