Professional Community Management of California, Inc.
opens its first Inland Empire office and
obtains new Inland Empire client

New office fueled by new client and regional demand for homeowner association management

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Feb. 6, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation's largest managers of homeowner associations, opened its first Inland Empire office. It also gained a new client, Victoria Grove Maintenance Association.

PCM’s 2,000-square-foot office is in the heart of Riverside at the Riverwalk master-planned business and residential community, located at 11830 Pierce Street, Suite 300, Riverside, Calif. Its central location, next to the 91 and 15 freeways, allows for ease in transportation for PCM’s clients, employees and vendors, which are situated throughout the Inland Empire.

"We selected Riverwalk because of its new market potential,” said Michelle Burge, chief financial officer of PCM. “We have identified the Inland Empire as a top growth region due to the growth in home development and proliferation of homeowner associations."

PCM was also selected to manage Victoria Grove Maintenance Association. VGMA is a new master-planned development of single family detached homes located in Riverside, Calif. PCM provides the community with day-to-day coordination of community management services, which include property care customer service, common area landscape maintenance, financial accounting and planning, and board of director business planning and execution.

“For more than 20 years, we have serviced several clients throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties in the form of on-site management, where our staff is located on-site at the specific community facilities,” said Donny Disbro, vice president business development of PCM. “The increase of large master-planned developments, such as Victoria Grove Maintenance Association, Active-Adult Communities, and other mid-size communities has created a greater market for professional community management companies.”

In order to accommodate this demand, PCM anticipates opening an additional office in the region in the near future.

“While the region has experienced an increase in HOAs, there are several existing condominium associations, single family homes, and active adult communities that are searching for a professional management firm,” said René Decker, senior vice president of PCM.

The new Inland Empire office is located at 11830 Pierce Street, Suite 300, Riverside, Calif., right off the Pierce Street exit from the 91 freeway. If you would like to contact PCM, please call (800) 369-7260 or visit www.pcminternet.com.
