New clients fuel corporate office expansion

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (Feb. 21, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., a community management firm that has been serving homeowner associations in Southern California for more than 30 years, obtained 10 new clients in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties.

Impressed by its services and attention to quality and detail, Oso Valley Green Belt Association selected PCM to manage the 25-year-old community with 2,614 single-family homes. Located in Mission Viejo, the association was looking for a management firm that would help it raise the community’s profile and increase the value of the property.

"After interviewing several management companies, we chose PCM because they offered more services that the association could utilize,” said Tom Hunter, president of the board of directors for Oso Valley Green Belt Association.

As a professional management company, PCM is a liaison between the homeowner association’s board of directors and its residents. The company provides general management, financial management and facility maintenance services, along with implementing the policies established by the board.

In addition to Oso Valley Green Belt Association, PCM was also selected to manage the following associations in Orange County:

In Los Angeles County, PCM was selected to manage: Vantage Master Association and Vantage Townhome Association, a 180-unit gated single-family home and condominium community; and Villa Riviera Maintenance Association, a historic 136-unit high-rise located in Long Beach.

“Today, new communities want hospitality-style customer service,” said Donny Disbro, vice president of PCM. “At PCM, we go beyond the normal parameters of a management firm by customizing our programs to meet the specific needs of each individual association and offering a variety of supplementary recreational services.”

In Riverside County, PCM was also selected the mange the Villas Owners Association located in Corona. The association has 144 units.
