lands two new clients in San Deigo County

San Diego, Calif. (May 17, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation's largest managers of common interest developments, has gained two new clients in San Diego County.

Surfsong Owners Association hired PCM to manage the 72-unit oceanfront condominium development located in Solana Beach. The development includes a variety of luxury amenities such as private staircases leading to the beach, a pool, spa, sauna, two tennis courts and a clubhouse.
