hires new risk manager

 

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (June 07, 2007)—PCM, Inc. announces the hire of Scott Dunham as risk manager for Laguna Woods Village, an active adult community. PCM has been managing Laguna Woods Village since its inception in 1964.

Dunham has 24 years of experience in risk management and insurance as an underwriter, broker and consultant, including corporate and regional management positions with major insurers. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the protection the tangible and intangible assets and the safety of the community. He will also provide general assistance to homeowners, be a resource to the board of directors and monitor the conditions of the community.

A native Californian, Dunham holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM) designations. He received his Bachelors of Science in management from Arizona State University. His hobbies include woodworking, fencing and more recently he began playing bagpipes.
