Robinson Ranch Community Association

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (July 16, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation's largest managers of community homeowner associations, was recently selected to be the property manager for Robinson Ranch Community Association, a charming community of 417 countryside single-family homes.
Located in Trabuco Canyon, in foothills of the Cleveland National Forest, Robinson Ranch is well known for its natural scenic beauty and historic roots as a late 18th century ranch. Today, much of the original ranch is still preserved for the enjoyment of the homeowners, offering them a wide variety of recreational activities, including bike riding, hiking, swimming, tennis and equestrian trails.

Among a number of hospitality based services, PCM will provide management services that include general management, financial management and facility maintenance. In addition, Robinson Ranch will utilize PCM's iaccess, a comprehensive interactive community website that will make communication between the community and PCM more efficient.
