Summerly master-planned community
selects property management company

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Sept. 6, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., a manager of homeowners associations that specializes in lifestyle and recreational services, was selected to manage Summerly Homeowners Association, a recently developed master-planned community located in Lake Elsinore, Calif.

Summerly is an active recreation-oriented resort community developed by John Laing Homes. Resting on 706 acres of land, Summerly offers 23 neighborhoods, five parks, an 18-hole Cal Olson Designed golf course and approximately three miles of public pedestrian trails.

As the professional property management firm for Summerly, PCM will offer comprehensive financial and facility management, an interactive community Web site and will facilitate recreational programs as the community grows. These recreational services help to create the resort-style community envisioned by the developer.

"The community offers a recreation lifestyle, where the goal is for residents to feel a resort way of living simply by using all the amenities this community brings around them," said Donny Disbro, vice president of business development and marketing of PCM. "In addition to its management services, PCM will work with the community board to create a variety of active events and programs as they choose."
