appoints new Vice President of Large Scale Management


LAKE FOREST, Calif. (Nov. 19, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation's largest managers of homeowner associations, announces the promotion of Tim Taylor from General Manager for Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowner Association to Vice President of Large Scale Management for PCM of California.

Taylor's new responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the services provided by on-site managers at PCM of California's locations where the company provides on-site services. He will serve as a management resource for these managers and the homeowner association boards of directors on various community matters.

Located in PCM of California's Riverside office, Taylor will help lead the company's management division and facilitate the company's ongoing best practice training programs for on-site managers.

"Tim has been employed with PCM for 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to this position," said Donny Disbro, vice president of business development and marketing for Professional Community Management of California. "He has successfully managed some of our larger communities and we are confident he will make a great contribution to our executive management team."

Taylor's previous experience also includes serving as the General Manager for Casta del Sol Community Association.
