Portfolio growth a result of 12-client gain

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (Jan. 22, 2008)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managers of homeowner associations, added 2,428 units to its property management portfolio, by gaining 12 new clients in Orange County.

PCM’s new clients include:

• Summerplace, a 65-unit condominium association in Irvine
• Sevilla, a 106-unit condominium association in Tustin
• East Point Village, a 56-unit condominium association in Brea
• Allred Irvine Center, a 16-building commercial site in Irvine
• Serrano- Sand Castle, a 76-unit condominium association in Lake Forest
• Ventana at Tustin Ranch, a 129-unit condominium association in Tustin
• La Mancha, a 316-unit condominium association in Mission Viejo
• Portola Hills, a 607-single-family-home community in Trabuco Canyon
• Village Creek, a 113-unit condominium association in Costa Mesa
• Laguna Audobon I, a 289-single-family-home community in Aliso Viejo
• The Summit at Turtle Ridge, a 545-single-family-home community in Irvine
• Sendero, a 110-unit townhome community in Irvine

The Orange County clients will be managed from PCM’s Lake Forest, Calif. office.
