Company appoints new vice president of DRE budgeting and consulting
services to manage PCM Consulting Services, Inc.
LAKE FOREST, Calif. (Feb. 20, 2008)Professional Community Management of California, Inc. one of the nation's largest managers of homeowner associations, is proud to announce the formation of a new sister company - PCM Consulting Services, Inc. PCM Consulting Services, Inc. will provide California Department of Real Estate budget preparation, financial analysis and governance structure modeling for builders and developers creating community associations. The company also appointed Susan Finley as the new vice president of DRE budgeting and consulting services for PCM Consulting Services, Inc.
Whether a large master-planned community, urban high-rise, mixed-use or small condominium project, or active-adult age qualified community, PCM Consulting Services will work with builders and developers throughout the state to help them navigate the DRE budget and review process.
PCM Consulting Services will focus on meeting the DRE's requirements to achieve expeditious handling and approval of the budget; structuring the governance model and the budget to offer the most cost-effective program to the builder in a competitive marketplace; providing adequate funds to support the operation of the association and the maintenance of the amenities in accordance with the builder's vision; and simplifying the governance model and the budget for successful implementation and comprehension by the homeowner board members and management.

Susan Finley was appointed as the vice president of DRE Budgeting and Consulting Services. She comes to PCM with more than 20 years of experience in the field of forward planning and with an expertise in the preparation of DRE budgets.
