appoints new director of human resources
LAKE FOREST, Calif. (March 10, 2008) Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managers of homeowner associations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Angelica Madrigal as director of human resources.
In this position, Madrigal will work with executives in the company to update processes, such as employee reviews and how to effectively communicate with managers and staff. She will also train PCM employees on sexual harassment policies and other litigation issues. The training courses are offered in English and Spanish.
“Angelica joins the PCM team with more than 15 years of experience in human resources,” said Donny Disbro, for Professional Community Management of California. “We are confident that her background and knowledge will increase PCM’s internal productivity, employee care, and risk management efforts, resulting in a higher level of customer service for our clients.”
Located in PCM of California’s Lake Forest office, Madrigal’s goals include deeper utilization of the human resources department as a strategic partner to the company’s overall plan and bottom line. She also plans to work directly with managers to help meet their human resource needs.

Madrigal’s previous experience includes serving as the director of human resources for Children’s Hospital of Orange County and the director of Towne All Points in Costa Mesa.
