The PCM Customer Service System is designed and developed
exclusively for the community management to enable you to quickly
and easily find your account and check on its status.
Once the account is located and selected, viewing all relevant
account details such as work order history, accounting information
including current account balance, violations and architectural
status can be easily accessed by pressing a function key.
The account search options allow quick access to homeowner account
information. To make this easier to use, the user can enter as
little as the first few characters of the homeowner's last name
or the first few digits of their property address for the system
to quickly list all possible matches to the entered information.
