Communication

We establish and maintain open communication with the developer and homeowners to ensure a smooth transition at build-out, including:

  • Coordinate, attend and facilitate all developer turnover of common area
  • Distribute a "Welcome Package" to new homeowners who may be unfamiliar with association living providing them with rules and regulations, architectural submittals, etc.
  • Provide board member training to new board members
  • Develop an on-going HOA newsletter and website to distribute information and provide effective methods of feedback and requests
  • Act as a mediator through communications with homeowners to pre-empt issues regarding construction defects
  • Assist in the preparation of maintenance manuals
  • Preparation and filing of state Tax Exemption Form 3500
  • Release of subsidy bonds
